A new decision has been made concerning taxpayers with outstanding tax debts.
The maximum amount eligible for tax debt installments without requiring any collateral has been raised.
The related Presidential Decree on the matter has been published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, in order to assist taxpayers in paying their debts in installments, the amount that can be deferred without collateral has been increased from 250 thousand Liras to 10 million Liras.
WHAT DOES THIS DECISION MEAN?
With this decision, no collateral or guarantee will be requested for installment plans on tax debts up to 10 million Liras.
